We're always looking for new and dedicated people to join the team.  A few things you should know:

1)  This is not a paying job, at least at this moment in time. Basically you would be "volunteering".

2)  We only want dedicated individuals, who contribute something to the website.  Any staff member who does nothing will not be a staff member for very long.

3)  Obviously an interest in gaming and DOOM etc will help a lot (duh).

4)  Previous experience working on a gaming website is not essential, but it's useful to have.
